Two years ago several meteors fell through earths atmosphere, a few of them made it to the ground others exploded before impact.

The fragments all contained one of four colors of gemstones, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz, Emerald. It appears that they somehow alter the laws of physics. The military has been collecting any of these fragments that it finds. Several people have used the gemstones for nefarious purposes, and been in confrontations with law enforcement.
You are in the second wave of meteors that fall to earth with these crystals inside, and have been changed somehow from the exposure.

Characters are 150/150 with one disadvantage hunted by the government.
